The most beloved Japanese soul food , RAMEN!!
There is an event called Sapporo Ramen Show going on at Odori 8 (Only 10 minutes from Khaosan Sapporo by walk). OPEN NOW!
札幌の大通り公園で行われているこのイベント、カオサン札幌からは徒歩１０分！！
全国から集まった２０店のラーメン屋さんが自慢のラーメンを振る舞います。
20 ramen shops from all over Japan show off their signature ramen.
ただただ自分の食べてみたいラーメン屋台でラーメンを買って食べるイベントですが、どのラーメンにしようかな？ずらり並んでいますので迷ってしまいますが、
やはり行列のできているところが気になる。。。
The idea of this event is to simply choose one of the many ramen stands, line up in the cue and enjoy some delicious ramen. Well well well... which one shall I choose?!
お客さんは北海道の人たちがほとんどなのか？道外のラーメンが人気の様子。
It appears that the popular stores with long cues are from outside of Hokkaido.
So, that day, customers must be Hokkaido locals.
何故かワンタンと聞くとどうしても選んでしまう私はふわふわのワンタンメン
と看板に書いてあるのを見てなおさらこちらを選んでしまう。
I choose always Wang-tong Noodle for some reason... especially if it says on the sign, "Fluffy"wang-tong...
平日の夕方で待ち時間２０分。山形・酒田のふわとろワンタン麺。
あっさりしているようにみえて・・・本当〜にあっさり。でもチャーシューはとろとろで濃厚。
Although it was in the afternoon of the week day, I had to wait for 20 minutes in the cue.
I chose, "Sakata no fuwatoro wang-tong men" from Yamagata prefecture.
Ooooiiishiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!

札幌ラーメンになれてしまった舌にはこれ！旭川、らーめんや天金の醤油ラーメン。
トッピングで追加した卵がおいしそうです。（いいなぁー。）
He got used to Sapporo ramen, so this time he went for the Asahikawa one!
"Tenkin, Shoyu ramen" from Asahikawa, Hokkaido.
外で食べるラーメンショー。たくさんある中から選べるラーメンショー。ビールやおにぎりもあるよラーメンショー。一人でふらりと来ても楽しめる、これがラーメンショー！
５月１７日から２２日までと、５月２４日から５月２９日までの２期にわかれ札幌大通８丁目会場で開催中です！
At the ramen show, you can enjoy beautiful ramen in a festive outdoor setting. There are many different choices of ramen which you can eat either with Onigiri or beer. Moreover, you can have fun here even if you are on your own!
It is held from the 17th to the 22nd and the 24th to the 29th of May at Odori 8 (Odori Park).
