May-Parties at Khaosan Sapporo

May is almost finished and it was a fun month full of cherry blossom, good weather and of course some parties at Khaosan Sapporo!

 This month, it got Korean and Japanese - more exact Osaka style!

 

Our first party this month was the Osaka Party on the 14th of May. We enjoyed Takoyaki and Kushikatsyu - skewers with deep0fried meat of\r vegetables. 

 

 

Our guests could even try making their own Takoyaki:

 

 It was a great night!

 

 

 

Our second party this month was another international one: Korean! As one of our staff, Joonmo, is Korean and also happens to be a chef, this one was a must!  

 

He even brought the proper outfit!

And that's how it looks like, when a professional is cooking! So organized!

 

Of course, Joonmo has some lovely helpers, too.

The food looked great...

...and tasted even better!!

What a great party!

Indonesian Party at Khaosan Sapporo

As one of our staff, Naoki, is half Indonesian with a great passion for food, it's just the most obvious thing to do - an Indonesian Party!!!

Of course we had a lot of great Indonesian food, but honestly, it was so good that we ate it all before we could take any pictures! Just some pictures of the food preparation are left. One shows you all the garlic that had been used, and the other fried banana in the making:

We also had a photo booth again. This time, our props were fully Indonesian:
